The PTP Warranty & Claims Procedure:
Warranty Registrations
Customers must contact our Service & Support Centre on (03) 9709 0910. Our hours of service are listed below. A Service Consultant will then conduct troubleshooting with the customer whilst in their vehicle to determine whether the fault can be rectified over the phone or if any replacement parts will be required.
If replacement parts are required, customer’s details will be collected and entered into our Service Database and they will be issued with a warranty claim reference number.
Customers will then be asked to fax or email a copy of their original Proof of Purchase to verify the specific goods sold and for date of purchase validation of the warranty claim.

Product Registrations
Customers can also register their PTP products when they purcahse them. Registering your product with us makes Warranty claims easier. Once you have registered your product, all you need to do is give us some basic information & we can find your details in our system.
Product Registrations are great if you are managing a fleet of vehicles. By registering the products, your team only needs to contact our Service & Support Centre on (03) 9709 0910. They won't need to supply a Proof of Purchase for their kit as it will already have been supplied to us.
